VLC 2.0 Released

VLC 2.0 is released and is now available for download from the official website.

VLC 2.0 is currently available for Microsoft Windows , Mac and Linux.

The current version of VLC is called VLC 2.0 Twoflower.

Some of the important changes in VLC 2.0 Twoflower includes the categories like Video , audio , formats etc.

For the Mac users , VLC 2.0 is available in completely new and single window interface that is available in 2 colors Lion grey and QTX black and also extensions support and OS x Lion integration.

VLV 2.0 also includes the shader support in the OpenGL output and also new video outputs for Windows 7 , Android , iOS .

If you do not want the VLC to keep track of the history of videos played , you can disable the histoty feature too.
