How to Open a command Prompt in Windows 8 ?

In the first attempt , Opening a Command Prompt might be as easy as it was in Windows 7 until u knew the shortcut key . But when you get used to the new Windows 8 start screen . This will definitely be easy :)

You can open the command Prompt by

  • Hitting the Windows Key + R Shortcut Key
  • Use the Apps Search via Charms Bar . Press Windows Key + C and click Search to Open the Apps Search Window .

Search for the Command in the search text box . It should show you the the command prompt in the Filtered App list .
